  1. Didn't realize they only made 64 Magnum MH's!I know where 2 are,1 runs daily just about year round pulling a dump trailer in MA.

Can you get any pictures of them? If you could also get the vins on them and send them to me.

    Thanks, Josh

  2. DON'T USE THE SHIT FROM MACK!!! :whistling: I've used it before and it doesn't match at all  . Not mention that it is a pain in the A$$ to work with. We got some paint mixed up for my truck at work at the body supply place in town and it was damn near the same as the original paint. It even has the satin look to it :notworthy::twothumbsup: . The stuff that Mack sells is darker and has a purpleish tint to it but it says that it is Mack interior gray :icon_bs: . Trust me it isn't. I'll have to find the can of paint lat work to get a name and code for it. That is if I remember :loldude: . Just my 2 cents.

  3. I'm looking for a red level IV interior for a Superliner II. I would take a complete or even a partial interior. I have included a few pictures of the interior I'm looking for. Send me a PM if you can help.

    Many Thanks, Josh

  4. uh, well the E9 is a 16.4 liter V8 the E7 is a 12.8 liter 6 cylinder, the E9 has a lot more torque and the mileage is actually about the same since the E9 isnt really working hard, at least it has been for me , got 6.8mpg with an E7 400 and 6.8mpg with an E9 440 that made more like 600hp.

    I agree 100%!! :SMOKIE-LFT::bulldog3:

  5. Must have been there all week, I saw them a couple of times. Best picture I didn't get was not the dead porcupine I saw, but a Superliner Magnum headed east on 80 just east of the Ohio line Wednesday morning. It was pulling a flatbed with 2 big coils on it.

That was My Cousin in his Magnum.

  6. Yeah ill be there. Im glad it went to a good home. Can you ask him if he'd ever want to sell it, then let me know maybe. Thanks.

If he would sell it and Vinny didn't get it I would be very interested in it and I'll be at Gerharts as well.

    Thanks, Josh

  7. I captured this beauty at our local truck show in Florham Park, NJ.

It looks like it was a fresh restoration. The truck hails from Milford, PA. Top notch stuff!

On a side note, I never realized the function of the diamond-plate box between the front tire and battery box. It looks like it is just a fancy step or did it support the air tanks as well?

They are mainly just a fancy stepand hood fender but some hadair tanks in the them. The truck belongs to Rich Muis(forgive me if I spelled it wrong). My RS had fiberglass fenders on it new but I put the aluminum steps on because the look fancier. On the FS and FLs the fender did act as a step to enter the cab.

  8. Yea yea your welcome.

How many people on here have a Magnum tire in their collection? Haha

    Vinny,

My cousin who still drives a Magnum every day kept the original Magnum branded tires off his first Magnum for a long time then he finally through them out. I'd really wish he would have kept at least one of them :pat:

    Thanks, Josh :MackLogo:

  9. yup, very good article. was also surprised about the molded tires. what I would do for a brand new Magnum with the plush red interior today...., was never a member of ATCA actually and this was my 1st magazine. thanks Vinny for pointing out my name is in the back for new members!

I Haven't got mine yet. It will be my first issue as well. I'm really looking forward to it.

    Josh
