  1. Yeah Paul told me to do that with adjusting the ring it’s the lever part I’m not quite sure about
  2. I think my head has just gone pop 🤣🤣🤣. So I adjust the clutch lever on side of the gearbox first. What’s the best way of doing this as I will be doing it by myself ? The photos didn’t come through bud
  3. Tbh I’ve done plenty of work on modern clutches but not many of this setup so any info is appreciated
  4. I’ve spoke to Paul and he has said the same thing. I’m going to adjust the clutch on Sunday and give it a try. I don’t think the fork would be seized as it seems to be moving ok in the video ?
  5. So my old girl has been parked up around 30 years. When I lift the clutch up it takes a while for drive to engage even when my foot is all the way off the pedal. Is it just a build up crud and rust on the fly wheel or something more. To me the clutch seems to be working mechanically ok Video.mov
  6. Sound will try that cheers
  7. Yeah for some reason it won’t let me upload the photo it’s coming up error
  8. The Hi does anybody know the part number for this valve it’s on my friends ultra liner. The feed comes in then feeds all the air tanks
  9. He has checked all the tanks and they are filling up that’s why we are thinking it could be a valve somewhere
  10. Sound I will tell him cheers
  11. Evening all my mate has an ultra liner and struggling with the handbrake. The truck is building up too full pressure but the hand brake won’t release. We think there’s a valve sticking what’s stopping the air tank filling as the air suspension won’t inflate either. Does anyone know the location of the valve or which air tank feeds the hand brake system and suspension system. cheers Nathan
  12. Sound will have a look cheers bud
  13. I will get there with her
  14. Cheers buddy. Think I’ve gone a lot more grey and bolder in the last couple of months 🤣🤣🤣 but we are getting there

  16. Hey Paul mine has had grease nipples fitted so pumped it full of grease. It is a little sloppy but hoping it might get better with some use Nathan
  17. she does sound better now. That’s first time it had been run for a couple of weeks. It’s been parked up 30 years so she’s still blowing some cobwebs out 🤣
  18. Evening all. Just before Christmas I purchased the last cruiseliner left in the uk. I’ve done a lot of work on her over Xmas and just got her driving ( in a fashion ). I have a few issues with her but will ask the questions in different posts. I’ve read some of your posts and you all seem very knowledgeable so hopefully I will get some answers. Thanks for now Nathan 5c50fddb-b20d-4141-be48-469f6b5688d2.mov
  19. Hi I have a 1982 Mack cruiseliner. I have trouble with the fuse board the top half is not getting a power feed up too it so was wondering where it gets its feed from. Also I was wondering where the brake light switch is located. Cheers Nathan
