Evening all hope your all ok. So today’s question where does the rpm pick up its signal from. Over here in the uk it’s usually off the alternator but doesn’t seem like the case on this cheers

Hey up guys. Well she made it to her first show about 110 miles. Had a few issues, over heated twice I think due to air lock and thermostat sticking, the clutch started slipping and lost its free play ( ffs) and got an oil leak on the small pipe from the injector pump back to the sump but overhaul she dint do bad. Thanks everyone for your help and advice over the last few months. Cheers Nathan

Hey matey. Na it’s totally legal to run a LHD vehicle in the uk. Tbf fair there’s lots of trucks across here what are LHD just makes roundabouts and junctions more interesting 🤣🤣🤣

Good morning everyone. Does anyone know the thread size of the water temp sender on the engine please. I’m wanting to change it but have the parts ready to bang straight in. Also I’m guessing it’s near the thermostat somewhere. Is it an electric or wired sensor. Sorry I’m nowhere near the truck today. Cheers everyone
