  2. After cleaning mine up all the casing was cracked and some bits missing. So it’s gone away to be either repaired or replaced
  3. My local stockist is trying to sort me something
  4. Well removing the alternator should have been a quick 2 min job, 2 hours later and it’s finally off, every bolt was seized solid and had to nibble away at them with the grinder. Happy days 🤣
  5. Sound thank you. Just trying to source a repair kit online over here in the uk
  6. Is that a serviceable item ?
  7. Me again haha when my friends ultraliner blows off at 120 it drops about 20 psi out of the air dryer. Is that right or is the air dryer releasing too much
  8. Hahaha for the time been 🤣🤣. She is biting right at the top so I think further adjustment or replacement might be needed in the future but for time been she’s driving properly
  9. Afternoon all. I now have a working clutch ( yipeee ) thanks everyone for all the help and advice. It did just need the free play adjusting. She is a little bit high but I can life with that for the time been.
  10. Any of you lot wanna come to the uk and do mine 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  11. Yeah Paul told me to do that with adjusting the ring it’s the lever part I’m not quite sure about
  12. I think my head has just gone pop 🤣🤣🤣. So I adjust the clutch lever on side of the gearbox first. What’s the best way of doing this as I will be doing it by myself ? The photos didn’t come through bud
  13. Tbh I’ve done plenty of work on modern clutches but not many of this setup so any info is appreciated
  14. I’ve spoke to Paul and he has said the same thing. I’m going to adjust the clutch on Sunday and give it a try. I don’t think the fork would be seized as it seems to be moving ok in the video ?
  15. So my old girl has been parked up around 30 years. When I lift the clutch up it takes a while for drive to engage even when my foot is all the way off the pedal. Is it just a build up crud and rust on the fly wheel or something more. To me the clutch seems to be working mechanically ok Video.mov
  16. Sound will try that cheers
  17. Yeah for some reason it won’t let me upload the photo it’s coming up error
  18. The Hi does anybody know the part number for this valve it’s on my friends ultra liner. The feed comes in then feeds all the air tanks
  19. He has checked all the tanks and they are filling up that’s why we are thinking it could be a valve somewhere
  20. Sound I will tell him cheers
  21. Evening all my mate has an ultra liner and struggling with the handbrake. The truck is building up too full pressure but the hand brake won’t release. We think there’s a valve sticking what’s stopping the air tank filling as the air suspension won’t inflate either. Does anyone know the location of the valve or which air tank feeds the hand brake system and suspension system. cheers Nathan
  22. Sound will have a look cheers bud
  23. I will get there with her
