  1. I’ve opted for a Chinese and a glass of cordial 🤣🤣🤣
  2. Well what an 🤬🤬🤬 day 🤣🤣🤣. Went to connect the clutch lever up and the lever would move properly. When I looked in the bell hosing the release bearing was the wrong way round 🤬🤬. So after an hour of swearing and head banging I managed to take the fork to bits so I could spin the bearing the right way it was all connected and working. So next stop is road test in a couple of days. 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
  3. Well the gearbox is back in ( well with a few bolts ) will finish it 2moro night. The pub is calling me now 🤣🤣
  4. Haha I’m on beans on toast for the time being. I looked earlier thinking I have a good 6-7 weeks before the first show it’s actually 3 weeks 🤯🤯🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

  12. There’s a castle nut you adjust behind the bearing for the internal adjust of the clutch bud

  14. It came out easier a lot easier than I thought. The flywheel is saveable and is been done as I we speak. Do any of u know the torque settings for the flywheel bolts and the clutch pressure plate please

  16. Evening all I’ve started on the clutch swap today. It’s all on bolted and ready for lifting out in the morning. I’ve managed to source an new old stock clutch over here in the uk so I’m off too fetch that tomorrow afternoon and hopefully have her back up and running over the weekend

  18. Sound thanks for all this. I’m hoping to start stripping it back end of the week and see what’s happening etc. before I loose my temper with it will the gearbox come apart with out doing anything with the clutch release or will the tranny just pull straight out ?

  21. Yeah that’s what was confusing me. I know I’ve never done one of these so just doubling checking etc
  22. Ah sound on the that link he bolted it up thru the tranny inspection point in didn’t quite make sense to me
