  1. Sonetime I wanna get a late 90's E7 sleeper truck just not sure if that's the one for me or not. Though I do think the wife would like those living quarters better than our kw aerocab flattop
  2. I keep eyeing that truck... I wonder if it would be a profitable truck or if it would nickle and dime a fella to death since it sat so much
  3. So I pulled the water tank off and cleaned it up a bit. Had a good time with it at the ATHS show in York PA last summer, got to meet a lot of fantastic folks. Anyway in the process of cleaning it up I kinda started dragging my feet about cutting it up and turning into a sleeper truck... seems a shame to do it to something as original as it is, even though I know it's nothing that great. Thinking about finding a sleeper with crawl through opening so I can use the back window and avoid serious modifications in the meantime I'm taking it around the block occasionally and having fun with it as is
  4. Gotcha thanks. I didn't know what all differences would identify it as a small cam. Also I didn't know they put a intercooler on the small cam, thought that started after the big cam thanks
  5. Midway between Selinsgrove and Mifflintown near route 35
  6. when he loaded it he says the brake knob is between the seats, front of the back wall
  7. Yes that's the one, sorry I could have helped you out with finding the link
  8. Yes there is a gearcase a few feet behind the transmission where the power take-off for the water pump comes from. I don't know yet what all it does
  9. Ha ha it was a W900A wrecker sitting in the weeds so that would reeeeally be off topic. Lol. Sorry but I don't have pics or deets on it soooo
  10. Ya that was my thought too... I'm too young to know much of aluminum frames but seen it on a local wrecker recently and yea it was thick. What are pros and cons of aluminum frame?
  11. OK let me make a note of that. ✍️✍️ lolol
  12. Mowerman I don't think I am gonna get a good night's sleep till the unit is in my driveway. had a phone conversation with the driver after it was loaded. He says the cab is more solid than he would expect a truck of that age to be. The frame is the thickest he has ever seen. But he couldn't tell me if it's aluminum so yea I'm chomping at the bit to get it here and crawl all over it finding numbers and figuring out what I got.
