Ok guys I’m in need of more help replaced the air compressor new from Mack clean all lines with air and changed filter put the truck back to work this morning it’s pushing oil out the breather on the spinner housing never had this problem before oil pressure was normal around 25/30 hot idle and 50/55 driving still has same pressure am I doomed here or am I over looking something that needs cleaning I’m going to pull the blow by filter clean and check it once it cools down Thank you

  9. Good evening today my driver was hauling asphalt (dump truck) and suddenly temp went up truck shut off he gets out check under the hood Fires it back up and the air compressor is pushing water out the side and through the over flow (reservoir) tank I’m hoping that it’s just the compressor and nothing internal any help or guidance will truly be appreciated 21 yrs in trucking and I’ve never had this kinda issue but anyway to get the load off we open the valve for the water to flow through the heater core and left the cap loose so the pressure wouldn’t build got the load off and truck home temp was about 180 drain tanks water and dripping out the air compressor none in oil so am I correct on air compressor and if so does this have to be timed like injection pumps Again Thank you 🙏🏽

  17. They are supposed to to be better the factory the design and build and of course easy of installation my truck came with rubber busing no grease fitting and it’s 4100.0” I opted for the brass busing with grease fitting 2200.00 I believe all parts and stand was cheaper then just the factory design stand with rubber busing shipped was around 3500.00 sigh all parts needed

  22. No it’s plumbed with coolant it has a radiator coming from lower radiator that goes to it then another radiator hose off the top that goes to the oil cooler As well I believe it has 5/6 different hoses that comes off of it
  23. That’s what it looks like
  24. Yes sir couldn’t get anything in it and didn’t want chance putting a hole in it I think I’ll just remove the cooler and see what’s going on I price it online 1200 smh lol but I know it’ll make a difference in the temp I’m sure it runs around 180 all the time looking at gauge but it’s not cooling the entire motor I worked it today put my hand on the radiator hose (bottom) and it’s hot put my hand on transmission lines just warm and the cooler is not hot
