Always told people that didn't know Macks you had to be a smoker. 1-2 reach for the pack of cigs, into 2nd. 2-3 get the cig out of the pack into 3rd. 3-4 push the lighter in (on the dash) into 4th. 4-5 pull the lighter out, light the cig, take a drag, replace the lighter, then drop it in 5th. Back when White/Volvo first used the cab over cabs (nonsleeper) with a nose on it. We rented two of them and the boys would sleep on the floor. Wrapped around the shifter with their pillow and blanket. That shit wasn't for me l told them! lol .....Hippy -

My '77 R600 had the ESI and l think it was 54qts +/- in the pan. l remember the oil pan was big enough to bath a small kid. lol .....Hippy -

Known around here as a "Sleeper cab". Had a friend that drove for St. Johnsbury Trucking doing city P&D. His truck was a small Ford tractor with a bench seat, he said it was his " St. Jay sleeper model" lol (Back when it was fun.) .....Hippy -

We haven't recovered post holidays moving liquor thru the warehouse. Second/third week of Feb you see it picking up but not this year. We are 30 to 40% behind last year. .....Hippy
