Yes fuel supply pressure! What colour smoke comes out when the miss occurs!if it doesn’t have the xt engine file then do the download!

Cant tell I put an under side exhaust on it and cant see it.

  2. You talking about the sensor that goes in the intake manifold.?   Just cut a wire and splice in the resistor.?  Does it matter which wire.?  Where would I get a resistor like that?  could you send me a link, Please    Thanks

  3. 2000 CH 460  When I take off after sitting a bit ,like for a stop light I get a little sputter for a second and sometimes a little pop. It only  does it in the lower gears and if I ease into the throttle it doesnt do it at all.  Mack says there is a file called a smoke file that could of gotten a glitch in it. They want to reload the file and see. If that aint it he says replace all the eup pumps.  What do you pros think.?   Another thing NO Codes.

  4. What is your dealers hourly rate.? Is it standard or every dealer different.?  My dealer used to be $112 but was bought out and went to $160. The mechanics that work there arent worth charging 160 . Then on top of that they have a misc. fee. for shop supplies an such. Highway robbery. They need to have a book rate like for cars. Soo many hours for a certain job.

I tried to set them at what I thought was TDC but when I turned it over the intake valves loosened also I noticed the valve bridges seem loose and I wasn't sure what those are to be set at, then I talked to a friend and he said he thinks there's a weird camshaft in that engine and that I need to follow the proper procedure so I stopped there

The cam is for a Dynatard , Macks version of a Jake Brake.  The big nut on the dynatard adjustment , dont over tighten. It distorts the housing and keeps the piston from working. I forget the torque spec but isnt much. Like #30. I think it took a 1 1/16 or 1 1/8 socket.
