Had alot of practice filling in when i read the tap measure wrong.

Sorry i thought you were talking about the manifolds.
You could get the steel flanges and make your own.
-
You know what they say if you can walk across it you can weld it.

Yes if you take the nozzle of the body there is needle inside the nozzle that comes up against the stop plate. would have to figure out how much it moves now then cut off how ever much more you want it to move . you dont want to cut the little nipple that go threw the plate that will change the spring pressure.
-
Wonder how fast they dared to go ?
-
Could try factory lines to see if they break or may open needle lift to re leave some pressure . Have a set of bosch needle lift was 15 thou and ambacs in my truck now were at 20 thou opened them up another 30 thou

When i first got the 13 mm plungers had problems cracking barrels with the factory lines and industrial inj .
Had it out with columbus he desided that inj and lines were to small thats when i got the Stainless lines and dual feed injs . also opened up needle lift in them.
You know what size injs and witch style?
-
Yep
Do you know what he did to pump?
-
Stuck inj would make it smoke and miss
Just have to pull them out and see if you can blow threw them with air hose
-
Did you have injectors checked ?
-
Had mine off many times no problems . Agree with over torquing. Some times i will use crowsfoot and torque to 35lbs other wise pull snug and give it a little bump.
Wish mine was that clean looks nice

I have 120's from Columbus diesel , one piece lines . no issues . Ambac v pump 13mm plungers. When i first putt them on thought i had problem sealing in inj but turned out i had oring in wrong grove

Vinny is busy "working" on a farm and I forget where else. He said still working on the U when he has time. He did not mention anything about "girls" but I have my doubts!
He told me he was also play with a Cummins in a pickup

Well, the ol B got me back home safe and sound. Like usual.
Glad to have gotten over there and meet up with so many BMT'rs. Ken made the list pretty complete so I won't repeat the names. I do want to add I met Tom Gannaway's cousin Bill. If any of you have talked to Tom, Bill doesn't look so much like Tom, but that voice you can't mistake it!!!! You close your eyes and you think Tom is standing there.
I do have to put a special thanks to Al(back in black) for the assistance on my truck. I had a bracket break on the way over to the show and my Onan genset was dangling a bit loose. Al, living just up the road a touch, graciously offered to run his service truck back down to the show and weld it for me. I got the generator fuel tank off and jacked the genset back up straight and he put a few stitches of weld on it. Seems to have held up on the trip home.
Ken, the place got pretty quiet when the sun set, I called an early night. I woke about 3am and couldn't fall back asleep. I opened the trailer door and it was a perfectly clear night. No fog like previous nights. I gathered myself up and headed over to Carlisle about 4am. Since I WROTE the directions down I made the trip with no issues. I got to the Love's truck stop and parked for a few hours til I knew my friend would be up. We met up and I was headed home by noon. With one pit stop for some quick lunch I was home just before 6pm.
Happy to help Glad you made it Home OK
