e9 in a f model, never seen that done, any picsThanks for posting. I have been looking at the original post for updates. I'm glad you have updated your progress. I'm a great lover of the F model, I'm in Australia and their are a couple of F models for sale at the moment, but I'm not in a position to move on them. One is in Western Australian, restored. No mention of what box or engine. Looks ok. Another in Victoria with and E9 unrestored. I would prefer one with an sleeper cab with an E9 and a maxitorque with 44's at the back.

Get yourself a nut insert tool, puts a 1/4 blind nut in the cab then you thread the bolt in tight, napa sells the kit is fairly cheap, as for the lights you can do the same thing and feed the lights to that one wire with 1 wire running across.when you do the visor lay it on the cab and mark your holes and drill, same for lights
-
Should be marked underneath under the little square plate on the bottom of the flywheel housing.turn it over if you have the tool till you reach 1and 6 on the markings, i pop the the front valve cover off and you should be able to move the rockers. On the inlet and exhaust valves,,if they are tight you have to turn it over one more time around untill you get to 1 and 6 again that will be TDC on hole 1
