Sorry I missed you at the Worcester show, yeh when it started to rain I figured time to try and beat the heavy rain home. Thanks for the compliment on the truck, she is almost done on the outside.

On mine its from 5th high down to low in high and back up to 5th but does fall between 3rd and 4th ratio wise and I have an 8LL

Nice looking, clean lines and rugged profile, looks like truck and trailer made for each other.

I will call him thanks for the info.

I am in search of the schematics for the interior and in particular the AC/Heater unit for my 89 Superliner. Have a vacuum leak and other issues and need to get parts to fix, any help appreciated.

Congratulations, is your truck going to be staying at museum, they where putting together a collection of the various B-Model trucks. We are going down in September to see our truck at the museum so will see yours there also.

Thanks mackey58 I understood what you where saying. I did get a lot of pictures taken of the truck that day and actually met the person that ordered and drove the truck when it was new and he filled me in on all that the truck came with and sure enough aside from it having duel exhaust it is all original. I also got to see the Cappello family the previous owners of the truck and they where happy to see the truck and appreciated that I was not changing the paint color or its looks so that was nice, truck has a nice history in the area and it is identified as a Cappello truck.

We used 1mm kiln dried sand on mine to blast away all the rust, was cheaper to get and worked pretty well, $300 for 3000lbs. Yours looks nice and neat, your frame looks pretty clean after you blasted it, nice work.

I'll be around with the Superliner, Bruce lettered it yesterday for me.

I have to say our Mack dealer McDevitt up here does a good job, have sent our trucks there when we cant do the work our selves do to time or just to much for our mechanics. The last time I got parts for my Superliner the younger parts guy was having a hard time finding the switch I needed he asked the older parts guy who walked out back and pulled out as he called it his black book and quickly found the part in his book not the computer and then crossed the number over to new number, Guys like that are fewer on the older trucks everywhere.

I like the & Daughters myself, and talking with the girls they like the & Family because they said who knows what the future may hold ( they are 25 and 21 yrs old) and they like that it could include there families in the future. So sounds like we are heading down that road. There names are on the truck now and they love that I appreciate everyone's comments.

I am going to finally get the truck all lettered with my name on the door. The thought I had was that seeing as I have no sons I was going to have the truck Lettered,,,,,J O'Donnell Jr & Daughters North Chelmsford Ma.,,,naturally not the way it looks here but that wording, I will leave it up to lettering guy to decide on the layout of it. My thoughts for going with daughters was that the other truck says sons because its My father and I and the Superliner is mine and I have no sons, but my Daughters do take an interest in the truck and help me do things to it and do like to attend the shows to see the trucks. Some comments I have gotten are that it is to " girlish" to have daughters on the truck. Me personally don't see it that way so that said I am posting it here to gain your feed back and any and all are welcome!

Nice of you to say that about my truck. Be nice if they could line up all the Superliners in Bolton, there have to be about 8 of us with them now at the show.

There still facing the wrong way, they aren't speaking to me that's why there ass's are inboard,,,,lol. I can blame my father he put them on for me while I was working one day, just have not had the heart to tell him there wrong and there all wired in because there heated. Other than that gaffe the rest of the parts went on correctly.
