And when Appling pressure keep you head away from the plug.I have had them to shoot out of there like a cannon. It happens sometimes. You will never hear it say get out of my way cause i am going to blow up.I never use more than 20 lbs on the system. You can also leave the intake connected to the engine and with pressure on the system rotate the engine slow till the pressure gauge reads the highest. There will always be some valves open leaking pressure down but i have found many leaks on the intake manifold by pressure that may not have been found otherwise.Be safe and the method of spraying starting fluid around the hoses is not a sure thing.

What happened to the old turbo? did it blow up or just stop making boost?

I have seen cement mixers with this on them and i am thinking it just to by/pass the cooler when not under power to keep the intake air warm.It does not take warm air off of the exhaust but only keeps the cooler from cooling the intake air when not needed .I see no problem with removing it.

The last dealership i worked at before i retired let the parts manger for a year or so come back to a truck in the shop and order parts for a large job like a engine or trans. We got so tired of him telling us what he thinks the engine needs. And on top of that he was almost to young to shave.

I had a bad shaking in the front friday and could not decide for sure what it was untill I stop and started to look.It did not feel like the front end but found a lot of mud in my left front steer rim.

You have a spring chamber leaking thru its self to the service side and exhausting out there.Disconnet each service line to the brakes and release the parking brakes and you will find one leaking out of the chamber.

Also does the idle pressure come back up with new oil and filters? If it hold about 55 to 60 psi when hot at 1900 to 2000 rpm there may not be a problem.

Should be close to 20 psi.

I can not find my E6 four valve tune up manual.I am needing to know what the pump timing is and its a 89 350. 18 degrees comes to mind but i cant guess at that. This is a robert Bosch pump.

I was around B models when they were ever were.It was common to see a heathy driver with his shirt or jacket worn badly in from around his belly were the steering wheel rubed. If it has power steering or air assist on it a smaller steering wheel may be the way to go.

I remember when the pattern was 5 in low range and it was a over drive 9 speed with 5th gear down to the botton right.Mack came out with a update saying on same trans to start coming out of 4th at the top right and range into hi and go to 1st which is bottom left saying the range was being made at a slower speed saving the hi/low clutches.I had one so i started to shift that way.But on a 18 speed in my CH i could not make sense in this. This is a mack trans i am talking about. The photo on the left is the updated shifting. You are staying out of over drive in low range.

Might be a dumb question but there are two different shift patterns for the Mack 9 speed, did they change anything mechanically when they changed this? Ive driven the old pattern of 9 speed but should I be shifting it in the new pattern? If you can change how you shift in the pattern then what the difference between a 10 speed and a 9 speed? Its probably all in the high low shift box but what's is best for this transmission? Thanks
Same trans but new shift pattern will let the rear box range at a slower road speed saving the shift clutchs i think.

I think there was a four row and a three row.But you can get a five row replacement core.
