Sure looks like an endt675 to me no water filter pretty sure motor is original 69 issue cab sure is not 69 just my thoughts -
I am sure it is an endt675 I have one in my 69 r model same filters turbo oil fill and lack of water filter mine is original from build sheet. hope this helps

Hey Everyone It sure was great to see the turnout at the show. A lot of trucks lots of vendors on a really warm day. Goes to show $4.00 plus gas $5.00 plus diesel can't dampen our spirit. Good Evening If you have the serial number contact the mack museum they should have a lot of info on your truck.build sheet origial owner, orignal engine, trans etc, also check ebay for books parts etc. Good luck and thanks for saving one more MACK.Skip
