  1. I am putting 3 point seat belts in my '76 761 Brockway and need some help. Since the cabs are similar to great number of Macks(Sheller-Globe), I figured I would post here. Does anybody have any pics on where the shoulder mount is fastened to the cab? I just spent my lunch walking around the junkyard but only found (3) R models and they only had lap belts, no shoulder belts. Any help would be appreciated! Here is a pic of the truck...
  2. I am in the process of restoring a 1970 361 Brockway with my Father and would like to put air ride under it. I understand that Neway was actually used by Brockway in the 70's. After doing some research, I also understand it was fairly common in Macks as well. So can anyone tell me what type of Neway would be common for the 70's? The truck is a single axle, and there is a yard nearby with several Macks (R models, etc.) Any help would be appreciated! Tom

  4. I just launched a new website for Brockway trucks, www.HUSKIDRIVE.com. Lots of pictures, technical info, parts resources, etc. In the near future I will be adding a Readers Truck section with more pics, etc. So check back often! If you have any questions or comments, drop me a line through the contact section. Tom
  5. I am currently working on the rear quarters windows that swing out on my 155W Brockway. The top sections are in excellent condition but the bottom sections are pretty rough and beyond repair. I was looking for another set thinking that I could use the top of the driver side to replace the bottom of the pass, and so on. I took the frames on my Dad's '46 260XW and the bottom sections of his were completely missing (rusted away...) The chrome was rough (11+ years older), but I plan on getting them rechromed anyway. I was able to use the driver side to fix the bottom of the pass side, but I still need a decent pass. side (to fix my driver side). Below is a picture of what I am dealing with. you can see how badly rusted the bottom section on the left is. If anyone has or knows of anybody with a set of these, or even a junkyard with a truck with these, please let me know! I would appreciate it!!! I also posted this at the ATCA and ATHS sites with no luck at all. Thanks, Tom
  6. Hi... There is a guy on Ebay selling a Ellis dual power manifold for a '354 Mack'. Does anyone have a picture of the exhaust manifold side of one of these engines? He also has one list for a Mack 707 gas engine but I believe it labeled incorrectly. Thanks, Tom
  7. Hi, Thanks for the picture, I appreciate it... So it looks like the intake manifold has bolt on flanges? The manifold I am trying to identify has large flat washers that go over the outside of it and clamp down between itself and the exhaust manifold. Thanks, Tom
  8. Hi... Does anyone have a picture of the intake manifold side of a Mack 707 gas engine? I am trying to help identify an intake manifold and it looks similar to a Continental 572 I have in a '46 260XW Brockway. Any help would be appreciated. I was told it was for the 707 but really need a pic to help identify it. Thanks, Tom Millard
