Here's the G73 with it's new look. I haven't decided if the 24.5's are gonna stay or not, just what I had mounted and handy for now.It has 24.5 spokes on the rear already,so these would be a match, but I also have a set of NOS 10:00x22 tires and a nice set of polished 22" Alcoas I been saving for something, and I also have some old 5 hole 22.5 Alcoas. Gotta worry about that when I get it home. It developed a major oil leak on the trip to my buddy's shop,so he's gonna get it traced down and fixed and do a little other tinkering on it while it's there, hopefully be ready for ATHS convention in Springfield ,MO next month.
ol' truck looks good mike.

There was snow in the White and Green Mts. last night; saw pictures of Mount Mansfield, VT and Bretton Woods, NH covered in snow. Littleton, NH received about 4 inches.
Drove through Hinsdale, MA last Sunday; first time in my life although I have been to Hinsdale, NH several times.

i'll bet you superliner there ain't no four-flushing politician worrying about paying his though!I guess I might have to sell my Superliner and my pickup truck just to cover the difference in my income after this tax hike were looking at,Im single no kids and have made $75000 as of11/23 and paid in $20500 in taxes, if the numbers are right my taxes will go up $3000 a year I dont think I cant keep paying this crap I would be better off to quit my job and get on the govt check at the end of the year. I dont know if everybody else has been watching this and done the math but it four in what they call the upper middle class you will end up paying about 1/3 of your income in taxes, its freaking ridiculous.

dave this might sound stupid but it happened to me once on a 260 brockway. the mice had gotten into the bell housing and had built so much of a nest it would only let that continental gasser turn about a quarter of a turn. after i had pulled the heads i found the nest and thats all that was stopping the motor from spinning. like i said there was so much stuff wadded up in there it got bound up between the flywheel and starter. might be worth a quick look.Hey Guys,
It has been a while since I posted last because I haven't had a chance to do much. I just wansted to thank you for your suggestions.
I think in the spring I am going to pull the motor and completely go through it. It has never been overhauled so it's probably a good idea anyways.
Thanks
Dave

thats a good place for it vinny.....right up your way. used to run up to the kraft plants at lowville and north lawerence. beautiful places as long as it wasn't snowing.Snow is here! Even the plow truck came by. Sometimes, we have a big Mack RM plow come by, but this time it was just an International.

make sure your pump transmission has gear oil in it before driving it home. there should be a dipstick on the pump trans. to check it. if i remember right it is on the right side of the pump trans. hate to see you burn that up. to check for vacuum leaks when priming you can also take the steamer cap of off the pump put a little grease around the pump snout turn the steamer cap around backwards and pull the primer valve handle (with pump trans. in prime) if no leaks the vacuum should hold the steamer tight to the pump for a short time. just dont let it crash to the running board after the vacuum goes away.I hope the owner knows what hes talking about to........he said they use it often for parades and fundraisers.....but making the trip does concern me a bit.....on the other hand you only go around once !
