Putting it back together and went to put it on 1TDC and can’t find a mark anywhere on the flywheel. Cam marks are all there. Where exactly is this mark or is there another way to find TDC accurately? Joey Mack Posted 10 hours ago Share Posted 10 hours ago There is a mark on the flywheel, then you set the cam in place on 1, then the cam gear, using the silly A-B rod thingy. Theres more to it, but i havent done one in about 8 years.. you can re-set it. Dont try to run it til its right.. Looked in the hole above the starter and the one in the bottom of the housing as well. You may need emeory cloth to uncover the timing mark, that i beleive is a 'zero'... i wish my memory was stronger on this one.
