you can try asking dealer to turn down sensitivity, but i doubt they will do anything. 

on my 22 kenworth it did the same thing. they said "safety feature so we cant touch it"

and when the stability control would activate, it would defuel the engine and if over 20 mph, apply the brakes.

drove it for a year like that and traded it in on a 2024 i custom ordered. since they had no trucks on the lot and it only had 21,000 miles on it, they gave us what we paid for it on trade in. 

and it became their problem. it is still there a year later as no one will buy it because of that issue, and they can not figure out how to fix it.

it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..

Could be steering angle sensor needs to be recalibrated. If the steering wheel is off center it needs to be straighten and recalibrated using Bendix software. Or possibly the bed company moved the Yaw sensor on on the frame and now it’s out of calibration as well.
