it maybe just my thoughts; BUT I don't know how a basic question could be straight forward answered. there are way tooo many variables,  the liquid being hauled ?? liquids have different weight factors == water vs fuel oil vs liquid waste and so on. CA to trunnion would indicate you are talking a twin-screw not single axle for starters. type of tank == 14 ft straight ends on tank or plumbing /hose reels etc would make a difference for weight distribution .  based on your question AND NOT trying to sound as an idiot . a wheel base long enough to fit the tank . then secondly there is the area of where is this unit going to run === meet state axle weight / or a farm off road use  and much more.
