Pressed steel car company

 I have a military trailer M269 made in 1954  It was made by the Pressed steel car company   and I was wanting to know more about where they where located and  what else they made  before WWII when the war was going on and after the war or any thing some one may remember  . Thank you

The Pressed Steel Car Company was a builder of railroad cars and equipment based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that was founded in 1899, and had facilities in Pittsburgh and Chicago. It operated until 1956.[1]

when you are up to your armpits in alligators,

it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..
