My great great grand father had a Stieger Bear Cat that fell though the floor of an old shed on the farm my great cousin owns in Buckland Ct. They just buried to over back in the old days. (A mall that covers 150 acres.) The J C Penny Warehouse covers the other 130 acres.We don't produce jet engines any more just malls and Indian Casinos.JimPS for those of you that are "Down Under" Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engines ( now know as United Technoglies UTC) is located in East Hartford, Ct. Most of the work is done outside of the state. The work force at one time was over 30,000 employees in East Hartford. Today maybe 10,000. The worlds largest Indian Casino is located in Ledyard, Ct. Fox Woods Casino is owned by The Mashintucket Pequat tribe. Oh and the Mohegians own the Mohegan Sun Casino just down the Themes River from Norwich, Ct. 56BMack Posted December 17, 2005 Share Posted December 17, 2005 Barry,About 10 or 15 years ago in a Detroit suburb. A home owner, in a house built in the 50's. Was having his back yard dug up for a inground swimming pool when they found a complete '52 or '53 Chevy buried in the yard. These were cookie cutter houses with small yards. At the time no one knew how it got there. You know if it was a '53 B Mack all you needed to do is put fresh fuel in the tank and drive the old Dog out of the hole.
