I just got my International 1900 on the road after replacing all the lines, master, and calipers. It sat for about five years and (in my opinion) replacing all the lines and such was the only option as the likelihood of failure was too great for me to risk. I doubt there would be a solution that could be used for flushing that would be compatible with brake fluid and I would think it would be extremely difficult to remove ALL the solvent from the lines once you flushed them.
