rsb502 Posted June 10, 2013 Share Posted June 10, 2013 Yeah if its set up right thats for a pump in gear operation you flip that switch and it disconnects the output shaft so you can put the transmission in gear to get higher pto speeds while sitting still. I have never seen one on a dump truck I can't think of a reason outside of a pump operation you would need it.
