moes Posted July 4, 2012 Share Posted July 4, 2012 i tried without much luck to replace that clip that holds the door window slider arm its quite a chore to get the door panel back on lock, window ect is there an easy way to hook all this stuff up including the slide on the bottom of the window? Rob Posted July 5, 2012 Share Posted July 5, 2012 Grant is correct. Remove the lock cylinder from the door and vent window assembly. Then remove all the retaining screws around the perimeter. With the window rolled down, the panel should drop in the opening of the door shell. You will have to manipulate the complete assembly to find the point where it literally just slides out. All the mechanism is readily exposed with the panel on a bench. Rob Quote Plodding along with no job nor practical application for my existence, but still trying to fix what's broke.
