Most any good automotive upholstery shop will be able to fabricate up a headliner with stiff cardboard (actually oilboard) and tape to hold the shape. This pattern will often be used to manufacture the finished product. 1/8th inch plexiglass is really good to use for a pattern or template if you use a hot air plastic welder. One can really control the application of heat with pinpoint accuracy to bend and form the plastic.Rob Quote Plodding along with no job nor practical application for my existence, but still trying to fix what's broke.
