Leaks bad took it to a shop today and said it needed to be replaced. Any opinions on aftermarket units. There are a lot out there with a variety of prices. justincase Posted February 27, 2011 Author Share Posted February 27, 2011 rhasler, I took my cac to a local shop and when they pressurized it and dipped it in a tank the leak was 1/2 way up one side about 12 inches long. They said they couldn't fix it. Not sure what is involved so had to take their word for it. Their price was about $1050 for replacement and I have seen them as low as $500 online.
