leversole Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 Just wanting to pull the dash out and get a look at things back there...what must be disconnected before the dash can be pulled out a few inches?Tach cable? Speedo cable? Do you just have to reach up behind there to get the stuff loose? Freightrain Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 Mine is tach cable. I can just get it pulled out enough to get it from the front/top side. Still takes long, skinny fingers.Make sure they have some slack in the tach cable out in the engine bay, as if they have it tied tight, you might not be able to pull dash out to get to it.
