Greg Rider
Looks like a step plate from a Mack fire truck. Wear in the middle looks like bolt holes for equipment holder of some sort. Where did it go, on the driver's side floor under the pedals? Quote Character is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. ThaddeusW
Severe service welcome mat? Where did it go, on the driver's side floor under the pedals?Sorry that was a lame joke. At first glance it looked like a welcome mat that you would place in front of the door to your home.On a more serious note it could very well be a step plate of some type. That or a kick plate. As to where it would go, I have no idea. Quote -Thad What America needs is less bull and more Bulldog!

kennylane
Please enlighten us all......The suspense is killing me....I've not yet identified it. It measures 24" x 13 3/8" x 1/4" thick. Being that thick, I think it's more than a decorative piece. I feel like it's a floor board access panel that you remove to get to something, maybe a transmission, underneath. They would make it that thick otherwise.
