I saw that the first day it was put on Craigslist. Almost as Mike would say "pissed down my leg". Wish it was closer.

DM 600's These also belong to a High School classmate, He ran B's, R's, and DM's and also had a BCR.
R700, Its last use was a hydoseeder by a local contractor, prior to that it did lowbed work, and when new a tractor dump.

Probably just threw an R model door onnice to see an older DM still on the road. that R model style mirror bracket might get some passer bys attention on the driver side tho!

Nice find! Its its an 809 then it would have had a 711 motor from the factory. You said it still has the non turbo motor so it probably has the 711 still. The truck is a 65-72 id say for the year since it has a steel dash, DM800 emblem, and the non turbo 711.

That thing is sweet man!

😐I am hoping that reusing most of the pack, only replacing the top few will keep the arch the same, thus not screw the ride height up too bad. I'll take an inch one way or the other as I don't think that will make it look lopsided. If it is worse, then I'll have to take the passenger side out and duplicate it?
if it is bad, then I will just put a U model cab on it and then no one will notice the lean LOL!!!!

Exactly. Its only worth what someone will pay for it......

God id love to to have that. 65 was the first year the U's really debuted. 64 they started making them but they were all made for 65 i think. But as you can see i love U models. Im restoring a 75' right now. What is he asking for it? I think its worth to a collector like 5,000 maybe. But depends on how bad you want it.

I used the Dupli Color i think it was universal gold engine plaint from Napa on my 237.
-
Yeah itd work without the lip. Mirror bracket holes are different on DM's and R's though.
-
That's a lot of miles away though.
-
Yeah I saw that a few days ago. Would love to have it.
