The linear produces dirty RF power that is causing a relay somewhere in your dash to go haywire, try moving the linear or grounding the antenna

Those orange engines had bad camshafts from the factory...does it have a dynatard?

Looks like the fan walked out and chewed up the radiator, or that could just be a shadow???

If you tell me what ports the green and white lines come out of the selector and the serial number of your tranny I can look it up in the service book and tell you where those lines go

Anyone know about the DM800 tractor thats sitting off to the right of the east bound side of I-70 in Colorado? From what I remember it was just west of Grand Junction, looks like a nice clean older truck...been sitting there for years. Wonder if it has a price tag on it???

Looks like a nice job, I dont think its factory but will sure last for a long time!

Keep your cash, winter is here...unless you really REALLY need the other truck and its parts donor.

Hi guys, hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and didnt eat too much! I'm looking for a 3 spoke black R Model steering wheel, in good shape with the horn button. It has to be for an R Model, an MR wheel will not work for me. I want to get rid of the rubberized wheel I have in my 89 and put the hard plastic wheel on instead, I just seem to like the feel of the old wheels over the newer ones. They were pretty common in Value and Super Liners, if anyone has one they would like to sell please let me know. A small crack here or there is ok as long as its in decent shape. Thanks in advance, Sean J. Kelly

I agree with Rob, why ask and hold back info? Makes no sense. My personal opinion would be to take it off the road, export it to Nigeria and buy a one ton mason dump to play with. Good day and good luck.

Hi Trent, the box looks to be in ok shape, I'm looking for one a little cleaner to actually put in the truck, being that the truck is late model I want to keep the interior looking as new as I can. Before I get rid of my red dot I want to make sure I have something as clean as the one I'm taking out. I would be interested in purchasing yours for cash if you want to sell it along with the cover, let me know. Thanks much -Sean

Looks to me like a stressed frame, check behind the cab...was that truck always a dump, or did someone convert a tractor...if the frame was stretched it could be weak thus giving you the sag.

Turned out to be a loose yoke behind my air-shift 6 speed, only did it between 50 and 60 with no load on the driveshaft, yoke was worn...put a new yoke, bolt and washer and she is as good as new. Hope this helps anyone trying to narrow down the cause of a driveline vibration issue.

Hi guys, still on the prowl for a gray Evans heater box (heat and defrost only) I would like to find a really clean unit. Please if anyone has one let me know, winter is coming fast lol. I had a gentleman respond that had one...I dont know if my e-mails have gone thru or not but Terry if you still have it I'd like to purchase it from you. Thanks guys, Sean J. Kelly

I think I might have found one, yes that is the style box I am looking for, pretty common dime a dozen...but when you need one there seem to be none around lol. If for some reason the other deal falls thru I would be interested in yours. Thanks LMackAttack

Hi guys...looking for a gray Evans heater box for an R model or DM (both the same)Heat and defrost only, dont want an A/C box. If anyone has a clean clean unit sitting around, or would like to upgrade to A/C I have a mint red dot new style box I'll trade, my truck was a glider kit and the a/c was never hooked up, so I'd like to do away with the red dot and gain some more knee room! I'll buy one if nobody wants to trade, as long as its clean.

Do I have to pull the whole pump or can I just pull the governor off the back and rebuild it? I hate to pull the pump if I dont need to. Thanks, Sean

Hi all, I just picked up an 89 DM600 Glider Kit, it has an old (orange paint) 285 2 valve in it. The engine was a pedigree from Mack when the truck was put together in 89. My problem is once the enigine is warm it will start to idle up and down (common for an old 2 valve) but sometimes it will jump almost like you stab the fuel peddle really quick, it never goes over 800 rpm but its quite annoying. It has an AMBAC pump on it and it runs fine anything over 800 RPM's. Low idle is where it is giving me a problem, it does not go low enough to stall but it idles like crap when its warm...any suggestions?
