You only have that massive loss of air pressure when the truck is loaded? How bad does it leak when running empty or "bobtailing". Have you tried airing up the truck to 125 psi, block wheels, have the truck ignition to the on position but without the engine running, releasing parking brake and applying the service brake and listening for the leak.

While you are waiting for your manual to arrive I strongly urge you to either go to the library or bookstore and get a book on basic automotive/truck electrical systems. You really need a basic knowledge of electricity and how to use multiy meters, it will save you time and possible a big repair. I have been down that road you are on, sorry to be a wet blanket but I can see what is coming: been there and done that. -

You might want check for slugde in the bottom of the pan when you change the oil. I have a 1951 IHC L-212 that was driven into the garage in 1969 and never touched again until 1994.
