Perhaps Hank deleted all the Macks so BMT members could not repost.

the Macungie show isnt like the Springfield national show. at the Nationals they ask you to come early and when you leave, leave pretty much. they dont really want you driving you truck around for insurance reasons i think. you can come and go as you please at macungie i think. not a big deal, i dont think they want us convoying around the park but if your like me and gonna drive you truck down, obviously you need it for transportation to and from the motel and to eat.... and the beer store..... i know Mr Fetterlyand I are gonna have to have a few cold water sanwiches sometime...
I had my MH only at the 2011 show. I used it as "daily" transportation from and to the hotel. I think the rules say not to remove the truck until after 4pm. I recommend pre-registration, saves time. I plan to arrive after lunch on Friday and pick up my registration. Then you can "bypass" the registration on Saturday. I arrived early on Saturday so I could keep my "spot" at the show.
There are lots of food vendors at the show but there is a great diner just across the street from Macungie Park.
Oh and don't forget...BMT group photo at 12N...meet at Watt's tent.

I think this is the picture you're looking for Ken

Ron
I have not seen this one before. I saw several "progression" pics of the removal. I think someone from Mack sent them to me. I will have to look on my OH computer (I am in PA the next couple weeks).

I searched the forums and did not see any posts addressing gray paint. Is there any "off the shelf" paint that will closely match Mack engine gray?

Leslie--
She's mad at you for paying so much attention to the Superdog!!!
Ron
Yep, I agree with Ron....see what happens when you get another dog?

Here is a pic of the Bulldog (that was on the WHQ) at the Customer Center. I have some pics of the Bulldog being removed from the WHQ but must be on my other computer. I will post if I find them. I thought there was a post on BMT about the removal. I will keep searching!
I'm pretty sure there is a post about the removal of the Bulldog,i just cant find it either! (computer retarded)...........................................Mark
I finally found the thread about moving the Dog from Allentown to Greensboro.
http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/10191-moving-the-dog/?hl=+world+headquarters
But it does not show any pics of "removing the Dog from the WHQ". I will keep looking.

Hmmm, truck show, Mack tours, Tilted Kilt, BMT Mack Convoy, possible jail time for breaking and enterting at the old plant, sounds like a fun weekend to me!
I think Sunday morning would be a good day for a BMT Mack convoy to the old WHQ and plant.

You can't fix STUPID!
I have a neighbor who pushes the snow out in the street. The dumby doesn't know enough to put it on the "down" side. So when the township plows the street, the snow is pushed back into their drive.

never was a fan of any of the Renault shit or the Midliners. not really Macks to me but i guess they served their purpose , kinda like a B42 haha. made my reservations at the Hawthorne suites the other night and plan on driving my B from Ny that friday morning and stayin friday and sat and leavin sunday morning. have the fiance' with me and lets say shes not a fan of Hooters or tk's haha. might have to skip that part. would love to go visit any of the old mack buildings tho from the B model days if anyone knows how to get to them or if they re still standing.
Looking forward to seeing you in Macungie. I am staying at the Hawthorne arriving Friday after lunch and departing on Sunday morning. I know where the old WHQ and main assembly plant are located. Maybe we can go take some pics Sunday morning (and hopefully not get arrested). You will need to stop by the Macungie plant for a few pics too. It is on the way to/from the show grounds. As for Hooter or TKs....your fiance is going to be lonely.

Recieved a phone call from a friend who lives on the Southern tip of PA.
He said that since early Friday morning the snow was
nearly waist high and still falling. The temperature is dropping way
below zero and the north wind is increasing to near gale force. His wife
has done nothing but look through the kitchen window and just stare. He
says that if it gets much worse, he may have to let her in.-

I bet she could
crackcrush nuts with those! And it would take three people...one on each side and one to put the nut in the middle. -
I buy the short fat jar with big opening. That way my fingers reach to the bottom of the jar. Also, look at the bag of chips before buying and get a bag with mostly large chips. Make sure you don't pile heavy items on the bag when bringing home from the store. But I reach a point when I just pitch both in the garbage.
You could also stack the large chips and eat them last.

Nice video...thanks! I like the B school bus.

George W Bush and Barack Obama somehow ended up at the same barber shop. As they sat there, each being worked on by a different barber, not a word was spoken. The barbers were even afraid to start a conversation, for fear it would turn to politics. As the barbers finished their shaves, the one who had Obama in his chair reached for the aftershave.
Obama was quick to stop him saying, “No thanks, my wife Michelle will smell that and think I’ve been in a whorehouse.”
The second barber turned to Bush and said, “How about you sir?” Bush replied, “Go ahead; my wife doesn’t know what the inside of a whorehouse smells like.”

I started out with Hondas, my first vehicle was a '74 360 Honda. Bought it new, think it cost about $1400 at the time. Then I bought a 500 Honda, then went with Kawasakis. Bought this red 750 Kawasaki, then traded it in on the black KZ1000. It was an '80 or '81 model. Sold it in '84 or '85 and bought a 1969 Ford F100 pickup. The one on the bottom is the only one I have now.
Nice bikes (especially the last one). Like the red 750. You need to install a "dinger" bell and streamers on your current bike.
