There are atleast 2 criminals in this story- the guy suing and the attorney taking the case. If the government in this country would make a law that counts it would be one that would make the attorney just as responsible as the person bringing a frivolous case forward if it's determined that they are wasting the time of the courts and the people. Maybe that would stop some of this nonsense before It gets started. I haven't seen all the facts but it seems to me that Golden corral certainly provided more than what would reasonably be expected to feed human being.

When I was a kid there were 3 that were used as tour boats in Red Bank N.J. Two were stripped down and one painted Blue and one Red. The third was in Navy sea olive green and still had most of the military positions. That was in the late 50's early 60's.
