Really nice lift DCW my bike only weighs 350 pounds I know a lot of the Harley guys would just pick it up and put it on the table to work on but I am getting old and getting down on the floor is getting harder. If you were going to build one for someone what would it cost?

I have found in the past that with the park brake released (yellow button in) it usually is coming from one of the park brake chambers leaking through to the service side

Yes just pull the big main pressure line and plug it at each valve and build up air check one at a time also the one for the front brakes 

I believe the tractor protection valve would have to be charged before any air pressure could get from one side to the other the brake relay valves for the service brakes are in the system also and are suspect to leak pressure back through the service brake circuit

Yes if you look at the front bottom of the fuel tank there should be a shut off valve same on both tanks with a fuel line connecting them

For a quick check I use a small bottle jack on the spring behind the axle to jack against the frame just a little bit and remove the shackle and you can then check the bushings and pins

We always put on fresh gaskets, once the fire ring is crushed and used its compromised, I would think having a squashed spot in it probably would not last long

I found this some time ago but have not had to use their services yet, they say they specialize in reproducing gears of all kinds from reverse engineering and from drawings may be worth a call to see if it is cost effective

Yes that was at the Cherokee show those 2 are from Franklin I did not take any pictures my phone can not post them for some reason it is a small show but always good to see there are a lot of interesting things that show up there sometimes 2 nice B 61s the red one is Pete Rizzo and the green one is Wayne English AKA Cornpatch 

Your tachometer should be mechanical unless its been modified in some way it would be driven by a cable from the front of the engine ahead of the fuel injection pump

Yes there are a few different size inner fender panels I may have an extra pair B73 and B75 are the same I believe, ill measure them if you don't find any closer to you I'm in western North Carolina, the little fender extensions are a different problem they are scarce and I do not have any but there may be some in South Carolina
