cool truck that you got to work on My grandfather drove an Autocar for A Tomea & sons in Newark NJ then my dad bought two Autocars and ran them throughout the jersey Area Now im trying to find an Autocar to buy Mack and Autocar's are my favorite trucks

no i dont have any pics of my dads Autocars but i saw this one on the computer and it looks like my dads second one

thanks one time i was going up a hill in rhode island and i beat a brand new kenworth the guy driving the kenworth looked at me like i said something about his mother

i used to drive a 5+4 trans in a B-model as a yard jockey this is how i drove it 1+2 then shift the main into 2 2+2 Main+Aux 2+3 2+4 then split the two sticks to 3+2 3+3 3+4 then split them into 4+2 4+3 4+4 then split into 5+2 5+3 5+4 then i was done shifting 1 4 R 2 4 Aux= /---/ Main= /---/---/ 2 3 1 3 5 then in my fathers old 72 Autocar he had a 4+4+Overdrive wich was just like a 5+4 just 5 gear was Overdrive and the gear patterns were backwards like this 2 3 (OD) 2 4 Aux= /---/ Main= /----/----/ 1 4 1 3 R same thing except backwards hope this helps.

if you want you could go to a local junk yard and if they have a RL-700-L then maybe you could buy it off of them
