just wondering what problems maybe incounterd with a 4 axle setup and going 73280. thinking of doing a cruzliner (coe) sleeper single axle newer drive train and airide and a new lightweight 48 foot flat with a spread set at a 45ft seting, thinking empty weight should be 23000lbs. i start out with 50000 on five out of wis. and make stops all the way to the east coast the bounce back to cleveland for a coil to wis. i know there was an old dodge coe and gmc doing this set up in pa and havent seen them in years, just looking to get better fuel milage and less expence thanks

everything i read about headers say to use stainless steel for turbo app. but if your going to have them jet coated can you use mild steel? thanks
-
from what i was told the first and second years would crack above the rad tanks, front side of the dog box, was quickly fixed by mack with a new cab, my old boss worked a truck shop in denver pa and said they would take the cabs apart get the new shell reinstall everything, put the old cabs in rolloffs and away they went, cant verify but he wasn't into bs, ive owned 2 84s with no cracks.

Hello, i have used a similar coating to this on some extractors I made for the Tumbler Bat car I built, I found the coating to work well and keep them cooler, also use the redline water wetter in cooling system to pull the temp down as much as possible.
Grant
thanks.

getting ready to redo my exhuast manifolds on a e9. going to biger turbo and more fuel. has anyone extrude honed and jethot coated them. is there any gain in hp or cooler exhaust temp. this truck is used everyday its not a pull truck so im looking for durability. thanks

i'm running a 500 pulling 80 to 95 thousand pounds in oh and pa im averaging 5.8 i dont go faster that 60 unless down hill. just wondering if an mh would get better mpg, had an mh v8 years ago all turned up by antrim was young and drove it like i stoled it it got 4.6, so i what im asking is if a rw and a mh were the same witch would get better mpg. thanks
