so you can walk into the DMV in NY state with a BOS and a pic of the VIN tag and they will give you a registration? Will this registration transfer into a title in another state that requires them?
Here in GA you could walk into the tag office with a BOS written in crayon on tree bark, walk out with a reg/tag within 5 minutes . Says right on the reg "non titled" ("85 and down that is) . After that it can be reg'd anywhere...No pics, no proof ect...I LOVE GA

Getting some new knobs, wondering what size the threads are?

Recabbed? I don't think a '64 would have that dashboard.

I watched this a few weeks ago. Some very cool videos in that series!

I like the yellow, but think it would look better with some black to break it up a bit.

Good buy at that price IMO!

Love it

WOW,what a great find!Must have cost a pretty penny?Well worth it though when the time comes for restoration
I paid good money, but far less than current market value. We both made out well as he bought this stuff many years ago when it was cheap and plentiful...

GREAT pic! Wonder if there's any working B mixers still out there???
-
Thanks guys, now I see somewhat why the N.O.S units pull the money. I have a line on another set, they're not cheap but priced fair..
-
Wondering what it roughly cost to restore them VS the price of N.O.S windows?
-
Good score on the B42! New rebuild thread starting soon?!

Those bright metal pieces can make a day.
Congrats on the purchase!
Do you still have your green B75 single axle?
I remember you talking about the sale several times, thought you have that done.
Yes Vlad, sold it once like a fool then got it back

Don't forget, many of the above parts are available from Watts.
To have brand new B vent windows though...
Drool......
True, but these are all factory Mack (Watts seems to be out of stock on most emblems)
-
can you get more of these parts?
i would like to buy some.
leon.
No, was a one time deal. The guy bought them all from Tidewater Mack years ago and never used them. All still in the box's! If Mack started making this stuff again offering a "restoration" parts line they would do very well.

That is one good looking truck, can't wait to see the progress . (happy to see you made it here)
-
that's about a 2500 truck . looks like the fenders are junk and have been welded and bonded together and I don't know why everyone needs to paint the inside of all these B models RED.
But I'm sure he's seen others asking similar prices, so his mist be worth it too
