  3. Okay 1997 E7... I have this question what about the battery gauge still be in the “yellow” below 12-14 “green area voltage” with brand new batteries? If I try crank the truck if it takes more than the three times then it does give me that slow crank... Another thing I noticed if I park the truck around 11pm when I make it home get back up around 5:30 to start the day it cranks right up first try.... that’s what me thinking the batteries because the gauge but I replaced the batteries last week.
  4. The engine cranks over fine it’s just not firing up until after a few times to be exact about after three times it fires up....
  5. Hello lately I’ve been having an issue that it takes several times for my engine to go ahead and start up. It usually takes one turn of the key and it fires up no issue. I was thinking it’s the batteries since the battery volt gauge is in the “yellow” area not “green 12-14 volts” Area but I replaced the batteries with new ones it the volt gauge is still in the”yellow”... Do you think the culprit is the alternator? I’ve never changed it since I had the truck?
  6. I may go ahead and replace that as well just for that reason and season just turn the the ball valve to the open position but I have some insurance(ball valve) installed when it gets back hot when I’m running the a/c.
  7. I’m gonna install this manual ball valve on the same line that the stock water valve is installed on just before it so I won’t have to remove the stock one because of the cable that’s connected to the stock valve. What do you think?

  11. This is the heater core that I have in my truck I want to make sure I have things hooked up correctly also... Can you help me identify the inlet and outlet on the heater core. Is the inlet(supply) on the heater core is the top port? Also from my understanding about the hoses the hose that comes from the block is the inlet(supply) line that goes to the inlet on the heater core. The way you see the picture is the way is goes it goes into the dash of truck when installed

  20. I pulled over after the sudden stoppage of air blowing I wanted to just take a look at the a/c components under the hood like the belt that drive the compressor, the compress it self just make sure things was still in place and everything looked fine and in place. I turned the controls back on then went to take a look.
  21. Okay no the blower motor in the dash is no longer blowing any type of air.
