    Looking for a B model air tank as pictured below.

    Pulled my air tank today after hearing a leak and found a few small holes which turned out to be a very bad spot in the tank which is about 2" wide by 5" long. Before I try to weld this I was wanting to know if there is a source for a new air tank. I cannot find a part number on this tank. Ideally I would like to get a new tank and mounting straps if possible.

    Yeah I hear you. Not a bad idea at all. It's like any investment though things may not go the way you plan. I think it's a safe bet that there will always be a demand. Just look at the B's and the prices for some of the parts for them. Every year it's higher and higher.

    It's not the exact answer your looking for but it has always held true with me... Worth is based on who wants it and how bad they want it.

    I just replaced my batteries, I had 4 6v and I put in 2 series 31's and switched everything to negative ground. It's a lot easier.

    Asked this in a different area but no response. Swallowing pride here, took my brass fuel filter canister off my 673 a while back, just got around to cleaning it and replacing filter. I can't remember which way the spring and little round shaped spring compressor go back in! Yeah I know... just need a little help here boys.

    Got some progress done and will post some updates this week.

    Yeah that is what was on there, trying to get away from it but if I cant find something I will have to go back with it with new hose.

    Trying to find the correct top raditor hose for my 673. This hose goes to the theromstat housing and has a weird bend in it. First pic is what come off the truck and second is what I think I am looking for. I tried a 2 1/4" flex hose NAPA but I was not happy with the way it fit.

    Not sure on getting them from Mack, I just figured they would not have them. I'll get some pics up later. The hammering won't work on for what I'm needing, two are for the thermostat and one is for the housing that is raised and not flat.
