We are looking to provide high quality (as good or better than home), but reasonably priced mattresses for Pinnacles. I need to gather data to understand the various sizes I would need to come up with, then which models that they fit. Is there any way to figure this out based on the VIN or is it more specific? I have poked around on the Macktrucks.com website and looked at the body builder stuff and have not come up with anything. Thanks for any and all help.

I see that my dealers carry the same part number in a Volvo box and also in a Mack box. I assume they are the same part if the numbers match. How do they price them? The same or does one cost more than the other? Seems like redundant inventory to me

Did any of these Mack chassis have Volvo engines or did they go from E6 and E7 straight to MP7 and MP8? Thanks for any info!!

I only have the book that is like a car's owner's manual. Shows how to open the hood, get into the cab, etc... but nothing with parts breakdowns at all. -
Are there any paper parts catalogs for the Mack MP7 and MP8? I cannot find a way to look up parts for these engines online and I prefer looking up my own stuff. Am I locked into having to use the dealer? I have no problem finding the Volvo information that we need, but the Mack seems to be evasive. Any help would be appreciated.

My version of Impact is on DVD. All I can find is volvo information, not Mack. Is it probably there and I am missing it? Thanks

Mackpro...Is the lookup software for Mack also called Impact? I have Impact but it only has Volvo engines on it. Thanks!

I am doing research on MP7 and MP8. I have Volvo Impact but it seems like it only has information on MAck trucks with Volvo engines. I am trying to find the common parts between the MP7 & 8 and the Volvo D11 and D13. Is there a different lookup software for the Mack engines? Any help would be appreciated Thanks Pat
