  2. HI ALL, I KNOW THIS IS A MACK WEBSITE BUT I HAVE A 1957 254W BROCKWAY THAT IM IN THE PROCESS OF RE-STORING. IF ANYONE HAD ANY LEADS ON POTENTIAL BROCKWAY TRUCKS,PARTS,SALVAGE YARDS ETC.... IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I LIVE IN THE NEW ENGLAND AREA WHICH IS WHERE BROCKWAY TRUCKS WERE MAINLY SOLD. MACK AND BROCKWAY MERGED IN 1954 BUT AS FAR AS I KNOW REALLY DIDN'T START SHARING PARTS ON A LIMTED BASIS UNTIL THE 60'S. AGAIN ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED EVEN IF ITS SOMEBODY THAT KNOWS SOMEBODY THAT MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING. THIS IS WHERE MOST MY PARTS HAVE BEEN COMING FROM AND IVE MEET SOME REALLY GREAT PEOPLE ALONG THE WAY AND HEARD SOME GREAT STORIES. THANKS MARK
  3. Hi, I am new to this and not sure what to do on here or how to get my word spread. Anyways I am posting on here, becasue my boss bought an old trucking company and it came with a lot of old new/used parts and wanted to get on some forum to see if this stuff had any interest on here and to see what is worth to the right person. We have many different parts which include new various headlights, new fleetguard filters, mack side mirrors, and other parts that once i get further into sorting thru them i will update it on here on what is avaialbe. Any of these items we can ship out to pretty much anywhere in the US. If anyone has any interests or wants to talk about any of the items that we have you can call my cell phone @ 989-326-1797 or work @ 989-778-1331 Thanks, Jordan
  4. Before these trucks return to their natural elements i would like to see them go to a better home. My boss has had them for many years while in service and was going to use them to help a restoration project. They have been sitting outside a long time. They are still complete. Engine, trans, both rear ends on both trucks, cabs, hoods, doors. Most of the glass has been broken out. I wasnt given a price point to sell them at. I just want them to go to a good home. Im having trouble uploading pictures to this post so here a link to some photos of them. http://jumpupquickly.tumblr.com/post/125177653356

  8. I am tearing down my 1965 B61ST. Need to get the engine cleaned up and painted. I have decided that it would be much easier if I remove a bunch of the plumbing as well as the exhaust manifold and valve covers (valve covers have a gasket leak going on anyway). Can anyone tell me where I can purchase another set of intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, and valve cover gaskets?? Engine is an End 711 (non-Turbo). I would appreciate any help on this I can get. Thanks, Razorback11
  9. I see that my dealers carry the same part number in a Volvo box and also in a Mack box. I assume they are the same part if the numbers match. How do they price them? The same or does one cost more than the other? Seems like redundant inventory to me
  10. Looking to buy pistons, engine bearings, valvetrain parts from an MP8.
  11. Met up with Ray last week, He brought me some more parts. We talked and had some breakfast, it is people like him and others that make this site what it is. Thanks FW
  12. Got a few parts, quick and easy to deal with and no problem with shipping. Thank You, FW

Had a bunch of cabs all makes, was surprised to see a 1970's IH cab, loadstar 1600 no rust just the right passenger fender was dented the interior was mint perfect sorry no pictures this time but next time I will try and take some
  15. I need an exhaust manifold for Mack engine en4o1. It's in a B-42. All leads appreciated. Interested in other parts for en401, also.

  20. Well, the saga continues. The (unnamed) insurance company inspected the truck and decided to take possession. The current owner offered to either purchase the truck back, or offer a bid on my behalf. Well, as insurance companies are wont to do, they rejected the offer, called a tow truck and brought the truck to some unknown location. Fortunately, I have contacts in the auto business in the area and will locate the thing. The idea is that it was towed to a scrap yard. As soon as I locate it, I will call the yard and chat with the proprietor. Many thanks to those who (1) expressed sympathies and (2) provided leads on motors. Both are sincerely appreciated. If the junker declines to sell at a reasonable price or is hard over on parting the truck, I'll post here again. This is taking years off my life..... Best to all, Art
  21. I was preparing to purchase a very nicely done 1958 B-85, long wheelbase Mack. Needed a little more work, but was in very nice condition with new paint. The gentleman took it to the weigh station so I could tell the trucker what the weight was. Well, POOF! Engine compartment fire that was fed by an electric ful pump doing its thing. Burned the hell out of the engine compartment, radiator, firewall inside, firewall in the cab, the dash and wiring, and cooked the windshields. Needless to say, I was beside myself and so was the seller. I contacted Matt Pfahl and sent him some photos. His sense, as was mine, is that the thing can be fixed, but the limiting factor is motor damage. And, as well all know, there are not a ton of 707B or C motors out there. Of course, some of the other parts may be less hard to find, but none the less not easy. Does anyone have a line on a 707B or C motor that is complete and might be available? While I am in no way a rich man, I want to see if this is salvagable. Otherwise, the insurance company has now totaled it and will sell it for scrap. OH NO! Matt is sitting on the sidelines at the moment awaiting the outcome of my morot hunt and also a couple of other things. Anyone with a line on a complete motor that will run properly, or anyone with any ideas, please post back. I have been asked NOT to post the photos, so that is why they are missing. If the truck is going to be parted out, I will let people know, but most of the good stuff is cooked. Ideas fellow iron worshipers? Thanks, Art
  22. Hello, My name is Mitch and am new to this site. The reason I am here is because I have recently acquired a large inventory of Mack OEM and PAI NOS parts. I am in the process of researching part numbers now for applications. So far, I have cams, crank kits, bearings, bolts, cables, bushings, and all kinds of stuff. If anyone is interested in any of it or are in search of specific part send me an email at partsguy37@gmail.com and I will respond promply. Thank You! MITCH P.S. MUCH MORE TO COME! PAI PARTS LIST.xls

  25. We aquired a 1963 Ford / Hahn C-850 pumper. Solid as a rock but the cab interior has taken a beating over the past 49 years. There are a ton of sources for all sorts of F series parts, does anyone have a lead on C series stuff? Cab interior components, like floor mats and headliner in particular. I tried OEM at our local Ford dealer, no luck.
