The Hay plains are the flattest place on earth, literally the flattest spot
The only place were you can see the curvature of the earth whilst standing on the earth
I know people will talk about the Bonneville salt flats but you can only tell its curved by comparing it to telegraph poles etc
The Hay plains can be seen with nothing more than the naked eye
-
The next few photos are heading out west on the southern edge of the Hay plains
-
Looks shiny, very nice

And what a fleet, yes it is neat as pin and not over done as a lot of trucks appear to be these days
Looks great to me

Thats a amazing tractor, there must of been huge shortage of big tractors around that time as even in Australia people made similar looking tractors on that scale, even some professional looking articulated tractors up around the 300 HP mark
-
Got plenty of axles there, how mucg weight does it allow you to shift

Well I'm officially jealous 😁😆, how good is that ? 😛😍

RE: McGrath Tipper
Me no nex 2 nutn bout tippers
is there any thing special about your beast we should kno about
cya
Dont worry Swishman I don't know two tenths of stuff all about them either
I need one and I like the old McGrath trailers
Their tough and seem to last, got me a chassis tipper as I reckon theres less chance of putting it on its side
Then I passed one yesterday on a float that has well and truly been on its side
Maybe my plan is flawed ???

Done, you have seen as much as I had

Finally got to see this trailer in day light
Have been here there and everywhere of late
So looks ok ish in the day light so thats a relief
Needs new brake shoes and drums and a rocker box or two and hopefully it will then be ready for a roadworthy inspection
Then the action begins LOL
