Same thing we use

Yeah I know she's old school with the typewriter but it works. I used a permanent marker seems to be holding up so far been on since August I think
-
Not a problem. Sounds like it'll turn out nice and with you having a donor truck it'll be easier
-
My mother in law runs them thru a typewriter and the one we peeled off of a trailer last year that hadn't been used since 09 was still readable

I've ordered from Stengal bros.. good service and decent prices

I'm not familiar with vmac but other than the inputs to the ecm on the engine only other thing would be a throttle and speed and maybe coolant level. So as long as you have a complete wiring harness the only thing you'd have to add is a tone wheel and pickup to the output of the trans and a electronic throttle pedal. Also change your tach and speedometer over electronic. Easiest way would be find a donor truck that has same trans and rear end gears as your cruiseliner and swap parts

Does it idle a lot? They'll do that sometimes if you idle them a lot. Otherwise check the play in the shift some side to side is ok as long as no contact with housing in and out play it's junk

If not a big trouble please share the parts # for those air bags.
Not a problem Goodyear # 1R13-070 that's for an 88 adr-234 neway but it sounded like they all pretty much the same

Parts can be fun to get for a neway currently waiting on an air spring should be here tomorrow

Just saw a pair of the rubber hood guides on ebay for 50 bucks.
That's where I bought them from. Still looking for the aluminum piece that goes on the hood. Kinda seems nla

Mine was doing that it's only an e6 350. Still does it once in awhile but gotten better it was rebuilt before I bought it and it sat for a couple years I figure the rings unseated and are reseating. Load Em heavy and drive it seems to have helped mine

It's parked on McLean Blvd at my grandma's they don't use it much. It's a 70's model I think. It looks good until you get closer one of these days they are gonna go to dump the box and either the scissor lift will go thru the floor or the box is going to flop off the truck
