So is there any way to get a locking rear for this truck?

What does pai mean? The handles are fine I just wish the interior were beefier really hard to crank the windows on this truck. Even after spraying the gears and tracks any advice on that?

I called h&h parts guy said its around $200 which is reasonable.

That's a little rediculous which is why I was asking if there were any alternatives.

Looking for a few parts for my 01 mack rd. need the over head console, want to up grade the door handles and window cranks if possible also for some Crome accessories and new dash parts. I'm located in nj and also do a lot of shopping online so either way I'm happy. Thanks!

I read that article on here i believe it was kscrabel who wrote it. I thought that only applied to tandems with axle to axle slippage. Going to tey and get on the site right now so ill try pressing the brakes.

Not sure if im wording this correctly but have any of you added a locking rear axle to your truck. I have a 2001 rd 694 single axle dump and i do alot of off roading around houses building sites etc. i was trying to back into an area today and i kept slipping i knew if i had a locking rear i could get where i needed to go. Any idea who makes one and how much they cost? Thanks Eric

Yea it had the turnpike flaps on it till last week. When i say pendot i meant anything the state owned.

Well i have a different outlook now thats for sure. I parked on the pickup side and what a bunch of deroids. Just like bkrois said all drunk teens. So i met a few other guys on the pit side and it was much better more family oriented and not so many wanna bees. On my way out i was talking to someone out my pickup window and i notice the truck behind me a brand new f350 was locking up his brakes and attempting a burnout 3 feet off my bumper. If his brakes didnt hold he would have slammed into me. On my way out i saw a f350 with the hood up so i stopped and asked if they wrre ok. Guy thanked me said a tow was on the way and said i was fhe only guy in two hours that stopped. Maybe im getting old but i think these pickup truck kids are out of hand with 8" stacks and black smoke rolling at all times plus tge lack of respect for other enthusiasts. Sorry for.the rant.

Is there a BMT tent at the show?

Been putting some miles on the truck running dirt and moving machines. The truck tows good and i just installed a stereo system to keep me occupied. The first picture is the mack down the shore starting a big job in mantaloking that was 160 miles round trip and it burned about $100 in fuel towing 19,000lbs. The next is my fuel tank after about 2 hours of polishing. The body might take a little longer haha. Maybe shell be ready for the diesel nationals one day.

Thats all done free hand by the lettering guy we use. He really does an awesome job and he did it in one day for 1/3 the price sign a rama wants. I have the electric box with the live hydraulics didnt come with a salter. Eventually i want to pull the pump off and put a regular pto off the transmission. I heard they shift way easier with the jake also.

Awesome picture. Ours was one of two out of the thirteen there that did t have a hole in the block or rot by the doors and windshield. Im slowly taking all the plow stuff off. I plow snow in the winter but i really hate what the salt does to trucks so ill try and save this one. Got her lettered up today.

Both of the little toys on deck. Pulled it great its about 22,000 lbs of machines plus 7,000 trailer.

finally got her home and got my new to me trailer delivered today. Put the skid steer on just for pictures. Now how do I take the interior door panels off? I got the panels loose just cant seem to get them out what am i missing?

Add my mack to the Jersey macks. Just got my trailer today and had to see how the skid steer fit on.

Also looking for ideas on lettering the truck. The cab is orange and the funds arent there to paint it now so ill have it lettered up and roll with it but im having a hard time figuring out what colors to put on the orange

Should be picking it up monday or tuesday. They had to put a new compressor on it to let me take it. Really happy that i was able to sell the f650 in three days and for what i wanted. Now just have to get rid of my 7 ton trailer so i can upgrade that too.
