  1. I've bought both a truck and a dump trailer from him. He's more $$$ than anybody else, but he had what I wanted. A lot of the stuff on his lot comes from Ritchie Bros, so search their auction history and see if you can find that truck.

I wear Red Wings; I found a style that is comfortable and lasts a long time (#953)...been buying them for about 15 years and I'm afraid to try a different brand.

953s are my daily work wear. I'm 3 years into my current pair, need to order new ones for the spring. The redwing shop doesn't stock them, they have to order them in. I got a pair of lined, but not insulated, loggers for the snow. Not really a fan, I don't care for the lining, but I thought it would keep my feet dry. It only does for about an hour.

yes mine too so that is what i went with if you have to do these orings the kits from the dealer will only supply you with one of the smaller ones which is what brought about this dielemma any way back to the patient injectors are back in and fired it up 20 psi on the lift pump at idle it didnt seem to change any when revved up. still only seeing 2 psi on the boost gauge and engine is slow to rev and exhaust color is mostly a blue color no black what so ever     so i take it that it is most likely a gov/inj pump issue       what do you suggest i should do from here?

    Thank you

My RW had a similar issue. The injector pump has a splined shaft that the throttle linkage connects to. The splines are worn off, and the throttle linkage would work as it should, but it would just spin on the the shaft coming out of the injector pump. Truck would rev up all the way with no load, but was a complete dog under load.

So what can I use in the axle trailer  to keep the dirt and stone from sticking when it's below  32 degrees can't use fuel oil  and it has no liner calcium cloride  ?

Some guys swear by using vegetable oil. I mixed calcium chloride with RV antifreeze, that worked well on loads that couldn't smell. we use diesel unless the load will be sniffed.

  5. I have mixed feelings about the settlement. I have a 2013 TDI that qualifies for the buyback. I really like the car and it will be missed. On the other hand, the compensation will be really nice. We all have cheated, VW cheated big and got caught. My only reason for buying the VW was the TDI economy, and the wagon features. I am disappointed that there isn't another vehicle that fits two kids and a dog, and can earn 42 MPG. A Tesla is too much money, and a volt is too small.
