Dattco Bus has their own construction division. Have a few Granite triaxles tooSaw a sharp red CL dump on 95 yesterday. The funny thing about it was that it said Dattco on the door with Dattco mud flaps.
Is this the same as Dattco as the bus company. The logo looked the same. Also saw a new axle back Granite dump for Hanes.
Good to see they are buying Macks again. They used to have CL's and RD's before buying T800's.

Not sure. The article makes it sound like there was another power line. http://www.wfsb.com/story/28534862/crews-respond-to-partial-building-collapse-in-willimanticMatt
That Electric lead in still looks intact?? What did they have across the driveway from the other end of the building???

Saw this on the news. Probably not a supertrucker but this R model pulling a box was a bit high or the wire was too low. Pulled the front of the building off with the wire.

In general good trucks. Motors are reliable. Turning radius depends on length and size of tires on front.

if you can find the video on youtube he talks about the tires on it and they take it for a ride around the area. Very interetsing video. Talks about the restoration and everything. It was at the Vintage Trucks of FL show on March 6-7. Did not catch the owners name, but it Purrs like a kitten and he took it on the 20 mile round trip parade with no problems. I think it is the first one I have seen with Budd wheels.. Would that have been factory stock???

Theres a video about that truck itself in on youtube

We had one of those EUPs leaking. Made a mess like that. Series of O-rings where it goes into the block.

EJ-shame on me I did not- I thought the tour guide said they came in all painted. I WILL pay closer attention this year!
Like he said watch the Undercover Boss episode on Mack. Interesting. Shows a bunch of the assembly and paint, etc. I think there's also one by National Geographic that shows the whole pant in action too and has backinblack pulling in the end. Both on youtube.

I'm trying to figure out why the 5 inline on the back vs other set up. also why it is nosed on rather then backed on since all the alxe on back and back of machine is heavier. Oh the things I ponder
Thats how everyone runs in ct

I know my b61sx's have triple frames but i wasn't sure if the rdsx always has one. The guy listing it said double frame but i don't put much faith in listings.
Not true triple frame but the extended trunnion support in this.
Help me with my exhaust please (powder coating)

They do make chrome mufflers. Our superliner had chrome from the turbo back from the factory.
