I would bet a R model mount is different from a RL mount. terry
I kinda wondered when he said they were aluminum

Have a great time guys. Hopefully next year I'll make it. Hopefully border is open by then

I might have some but I don't think there aluminum. They'd be for a 80s R model. I won't be home til Sunday if I forget to look pm me

Well the price was definitely right. I'm not sure on transmission problems is it a V8 Detroit?

I think you mean brake shoes but they should be universal

46 this year got my CDL at 18. Drove old trucks for years 350 was a big engine. 10 or 15 speeds back then made it work. Now the young bucks with minimum 500 hp swear they need a 18 speed. I don't get it either

Unfortunately I just put mine back together I had the roof stripped for paint. Hopefully someone will be along shortly to help. It's always a tough job putting together something you didn't take apart

It will climb fine, as said, coming down will be more interesting
A nice low gear, usually a gear lower than you climbed is my rule of thumb, most people say the same gear but I'm a pussy lol
Paul
You may be a pussy but your alive to tell us about it

I think you'll be fine pulling them Hills you'd better take it easy coming down the other side. Where are you pulling 15% grades?

As you probably read this thread the 04 are plagued with issues. It could be true mileage but sounds fishy. I'd stay away from it

Ok maybe I'm missing something here but I'm not familiar with left and right hand side pumps. Only pump I've ever saw on a E6 Mack is on passenger side

Your correct there is green under red. I guess that was someone's customizing touch back in the day

Freshly pulled out of barn it had been sitting in. B20 with a gasser that's stuck from sitting. Ran when parked same ol' story. 5 speed transmission. Body is fairly solid with normal B model rough spots. Floors are solid from what I can see through the mess rats left behind. Doors and hood are in decent shape. No ownership at this time. Truck is in Dunnville Ontario Canada. $3000 U.S.

Should move without giving any fuel. 67 R is probably correct when he says brakes are stuck on
