Looking for a B or R model that is single axle restored or in great shape that I can pull cattle trailer and camper with.  Want something that can cruise 70 mph like to have air ride but not deal breaker

Stock R or B isn't likely to be set to "cruise at 70 mph" so unless it has been updated, you'll likely need an axle ratio change at least. Just so you are aware.
