I'm also aware of the service men/ women not wanting to be recognized or have memories come back. I stopped a veteran in parking lot recently ; saluted Him ; thanked Him for his Service; being close to my parked jeep , walked him over to see the rear window having two large murals= one showing the raising of the Flag with words ::NEVER FORGET OUR VETERANS FOR WHAT THEY GAVE FOR OUR COUNTRY! other says : SOME GAVE ALL , SOME STILL GIVE :POW/MIA .
