I have a 2005 CH600. Built in October 2004, built with an ASET AC-427 w/ T310 10spd. (Thank you Joey Mack).

I don’t have any plans to sell or trade the truck, it will ride off into the sunset on our farm moving 56k-60k loads of farm products. Dedicated Farm Vehicle located in Georgia, not for hire.

I’d like to fully delete the egr and cooler.
Other than the delete kit , is there any else that must be done? (Manifolds, cam, etc)?

thanks in advance.
Eddy

I have no idea how to delete an engine, and keep it running right.  I do wonder if the 3 plug ECM was swapped with an E-tech ECM  and swap the engine harness along with it,, since yours has a manual transmission..  🤔

You  can  cap off the egr valve make a plate to cover it and bolt it under the valve u need to cork off all the egr tubes ! And egr water coolant lines! The check engine light will stay lit but will not derate ! I did this to a customer truck shortly after he bought his truck new as an experiment! The truck ran for 150000 kms before we rebuilt the engine just because he wanted to! Not because it needed it! We also totally deleted a company truck egr cooler completely removed and it also worked fine for years like that!

just saying!

After doing that, couldn’t you reprogram the Ecm with ECM Tune Up to remove any check engine lights or codes?
